Hurricane Ike Information - Gulf Coast Offices Are Open

WAUKESHA, Wis. - Sept. 16, 2008 - ThyssenKrupp Safway has several offices on the Texas and
Louisiana gulf coast, and we want to update our customers on company operations amidst the

Our offices in the area are open, and we are prepared to assist you with any emergency

However, communications at these locations may be down, leaving our offices without power,
phones and e-mail. We are diligently working to restore power through generators and hope to have
power restored to our affected offices by Tuesday, Sept. 16.
