EINDHOVEN, the Netherlands -- Huawei, a world leader in ICT solutions and NXP Software, the global leader in mobile speech and sensing software, have agreed to deploy LifeVibes VoiceExperience into Huawei LTE phones.

The Huawei new LTE phones including G660, G730 and G620 will be the first global Huawei LTE devices using LifeVibes VoiceExperience on the Qualcomm Hexagon platform. The phones are launching in China with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, and in Europe with Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile.

"We really appreciate NXP Software quality and timely local support to our teams as well as how they help us to continuously bring more innovative and valuable use cases to our latest devices. LifeVibes VoiceExperience software is the state of the art voice solution and will allow us to offer our customers the best experience possible with novel ways to interact with Huawei devices," said Dr. Fang-Ching Lee, Audio & Acoustic Global Leader for Huawei.

"The operator-compliant performance benefits of our solutions are complemented by the professional and responsive support we provide to Huawei," said Nicolas Sauvage, Marketing & Sales Director, OEM Business Line, NXP Software. "In this case, our local support team in Beijing worked closely with Huawei on the integration and tuning, as well as working out smart ways to deliver new innovations very quickly. We have now set up a measurement lab in our Beijing office to even better support Huawei, and extended our support team in Shanghai to be able to improve to the same quality of responsive support for the Huawei Shanghai teams. We are proud to contribute to Huawei's success and look forward to contributing more and more in the coming months."
