Increases Capabilities To Better Serve Chemical and Petrochemical Processing Industries
Lodi, CA - November 17, 2005 - Holz Rubber Company, a leading manufacturer of industrial elastomeric products, has announced that it has acquired Polymachine, LLC of West Jordan, Utah. Polymachine will become a division of Holz Rubber Company. The sale became final on October 31st. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Polymachine manufactures high tolerance, custom molded polymer components for chemical processing, mining and petrochemical applications. Polymachine's products are used in high temperature, mission critical applications requiring high quality, precision and traceability.
"Our acquisition of Polymachine will create additional growth opportunities for Holz Rubber," explained Holz Vice-President and C.O.O., David Smith. "Holz now has additional engineering expertise and manufacturing capacity to design and produce turn-key rubber to metal parts to better serve chemical processing, mining and petrochemical customers," he concluded.
