Anoka, MN-September 8, 2008- Hoffman announces its Utility Junction (UJ) Sectionalizing Enclosures have been granted Full Acceptance by the Rural Utility Services (RUS) Technical Committee. UJ enclosures pair robust construction with versatile design options to provide simple aboveground access to underground distribution system terminations, delivering a complete utility industry solution. With RUS Acceptance, these enclosures provide an ideal solution for applications in the public power utility sector.
UJ enclosures offer aboveground housing for sectionalizing, tapping or terminating underground distribution systems. Available in a broad range of single- and three-phase models-with 15 model possibilities-and modifications available, UJ enclosures deliver the diversity required by a broad range of applications.
