Hitex Safety Concept - Honored with the Embedded AWARD 2011

Hitex Development Tools has been honored at this year's Embedded World with the Embedded AWARD 2011 for its especially innovative safety concept. After 2008 and 2010 Hitex has now been selected for this prestigious award for the third time which pays respect to the company's outstanding innovation.
The Hitex Safety Concept supports the certification process of safety-critical applications according to IEC 61508 or ISO 26262 with a comprehensive safety concept. The heart is formed by Infineon's safety concept PRO-SIL(TM) that combines with the Hitex consulting services to a continuous system.
The SafeTkit provides an ASIL-D/SIL3 capable platform in an easy-to-use-format and thereby offers a great introduction to the Infineon PRO-SIL safety concept and the SafeTcore library for the TriCore microcontroller family.
Based on these components Hitex offers a care-free package for customers preparing for certification. All required software components, consulting and training as well as expert monitoring of the complete certification process is available from Hitex.
