Hisco® Appoints New Little Rock Branch Manager


HOUSTON, May 2, 2011 - Hisco®, an employee-owned, specialty distribution company, serving the
electronic assembly, renewable energy, medical device and other industrial market announces the
appointment of Mr. Kris Holiman as Little Rock Branch Manager. In this role, Mr. Holiman will be
responsible for all branch sales and operations with a focus on growing the branch using previous
industry connections and experience to establish new accounts.

Mr. Holiman has extensive management experience as President and CEO of Amfuel, a 400+
employee manufacturer of fuel cells for military and commercial aircraft. With operations in Arkansas
and Mexico, Mr. Holiman has a strong background in international business. He has implemented
quality management systems including ISO and AS9100 while working with military/ITAR restrictions.

Prior to Amfuel, Mr. Holiman was President and CEO of FHC, Inc., a manufacturer of mechanical seal
faces for the petroleum industry and components for oil and gas valves. The company was later sold
to Penn United Technology, and Mr. Holiman served as a consultant while helping to ensure a smooth
business transition.

An Arkansas native, Mr. Holiman graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS in
Administration and Finance and completed three years of college in mechanical engineering. He
enjoys fishing the White River and Clear Lakes.
