Precision Engraving Tools For Use With CNC Milling Machines, Handheld Engravers, Most Popular Table Top Machines, And Industrial Marking Systems Now Available For Immediate Delivery
Hudson, Massachusetts - 2L inc. announced today that it will be accepting orders for immediate delivery of its' precision-made high-performance carbide engraving and cutter tools.
"2L inc. has substantially increased its' manufacturing capacity in order to support a large IN-STOCK variety of carbide engraving tools for use with CNC milling machines, machining centers, handheld engravers, top loading table top machines and industrial engraving marking systems," noted the company spokesman.
"Solid Carbide Engraving Tools are available in two styles, General Purpose Engraving Tools, and Softer Materials Engraving Tools.
General Purpose Engraving Tools are for use on a wide variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastic and more.
Softer Material Engraving Tools are used to engrave softer or gummier materials such as plastic, aluminum, brass, copper, lead, and more. They are specifically designed to make a sharper cut to reduce the chance of burrs when engraving softer materials.
IN-STOCK Solid Carbide Engraving Tools are available in diameters of 1/8", 11/64", 3/16" and ¼", included angles of 30°, 60°, and 90°, lengths of 2", 4.5" and 6.5" and tip widths ranging in size from .005" - .050".
Diamond Tip engraving tools for drag or scratch engraving are available in diameters of 1/8", 11/64" and ¼" with 90 and 120 degree angles and lengths of 1.125", 4.5", and 6.5".

The 2L Engraving Tool Line features products which simplify engraving on a diverse range of materials of most densities including aluminum, plastic, brass, copper, steel, and glass. Its' patented Spring Loaded Engraving Tool allows the engraving toolbit to float over inconsistencies and odd-shapes in engraving materials, prolonging the life of the toolbit and enabling more consistent engraving. The 2L Engraving Software creates incremental serial numbers, engraves text, logos and drawings by creating standard g-code that is compatible with any CNC control that recognizes G0 and G1 commands. The Reducing Shaft attachment allows the Spring Loaded Tool to be held in a one-half-inch collet or endmill holder. The Engraving Depth Controlling Nosepiece allows precise engraving depth control by limiting the toolbit extension from the Spring Loaded Engraving Tool.
