Hi Pro Equipment Honored with Eriez Merwin Sales Award
Erie, PA - Hi Pro Equipment, Inc. of Kalamazoo, Michigan has earned the Eriez® 2012 Merwin Award. Charlie Ingram, Vice President of Sales Marketing, explains, “This award is presented annually to the most outstanding Eriez U.S. field sales office, selected for their exceptional sales performance and first-class service and support.”
According to Eriez, the Hi Pro Equipment team exceeded their sales goals in every market and product group assigned. Ingram says, “One could say, ‘they sold everything to everybody.’” He adds, “Hi Pro went above and beyond in 2012, surpassing their full-year sales goals while maintaining the extremely high level of customer service for which Eriez is known.”
The Merwin Award was established in 1993 and named for the Merwins, Eriez’ founding family. As described on the plaque given to all winners, the Merwin Award is presented for outstanding contributions to the advancement of the ideals and mission of Eriez Magnetics using the Golden Rule as a guide, exemplified by superior sales performance, providing customers high quality service and support, and striving to conduct affairs in an efficient, capable and friendly manner.
