Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2000 US-based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and electronic components, has announced that their line of Heyco-Flex III Liquid Tight Fittings and Flexible Tubing is now available in four sizes - 3/8", ½", ¾", and 1".
Designed for quick and easy installation, the Heyco-Flex III System offers significantly lower installed costs with the cost even lower when Heyco's P/N 1952 (HF3C 1/2-S Snap-In Fitting) is used.
The fittings are available with or without locknuts. Heyco-Flex III Tubing is made of halogen-free nylon 6, is flame retardant, offers maximum flexibility with a bend radius equal to its outside diameter, and can be used in extremely tight quarters.
Ideal for use in high vibration or flexing applications, Heyco-Flex III Fittings and Tubing provide an easy, permanent assembly between the tubing and fittings - simply push the tubing over the ferrule until the tubing "clicks" into place. The fittings and tubing are rated for Type 3R applications, are nontoxic, UV resistant, and resist corrosion, oil, and salt water.
