In addition to its bright, clean overall look, we've developed several key features intended to improve customer interaction and support. We've added a 100% secure webstore that sells our online products and supplies, many of which are the same devices we use in our own company laboratories. We have included video training sessions where you can familiarize yourself with any number of the specialized processes and services offered by our company. Finally, we've improved upon our customer solutions by building a customer-to-customer support forum. The new site also features an interactive online calendar that displays all of our company's upcoming shows, forums, roundtable conferences, and presentations.
