LOMBARD, ILLINOIS – Samuel Ibrahim Jr., President of Helander Metal Spinning Company, a leading metal spinning company in Illinois and the Midwest region has announced that the company has finalized the acquisition of Allspun Metal Products, LLC of Des Plaines, Illinois.
All Spun Metal Products is a custom order job manufacturing company, specializing in all types of metal parts; steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, as well as other metals. The company’s customers are in diverse industries like musical instruments, food equipment, automotive parts and a variety of other sectors. In addition, All Spun Metal Products capabilities and customer base will create a combined entity that will meet and exceed current and future customer needs.Â
