Leading BPM Provider Achieves Record Sales Through Broad Enterprise-Wide Deployments of BizFlow; 2006 Features BAM, Utility Tools and Best Practices Knowledge Base
VIENNA, Va., March 14 /-- Following record sales growth in 2005, HandySoft Global Corporation, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, today presented its product roadmap for 2006. HandySoft Global announced that the new version of BizFlow, scheduled for release in the Spring of 2006, will build on BizFlow's mature capabilities and offer important new capabilities including business activity monitoring (BAM) and supplemental tools including utility tools and a best practices/artifact knowledge base.
"In the near future we will offer BAM capabilities as a part of BizFlow which will not only include real-time event monitoring but other important bells and whistles, such as dashboards and KPIs," said Daniele Chenal, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at HandySoft Global. "Moreover, we will deliver a truly easy-to-use BAM product -- one which does not require coding or IT support. In its recent Forrester Wave(TM) entitled Human-Centric Business Process Management Suites: Q1 2006, Forrester Research Inc., February 24, 2006, HandySoft Global was cited as a Strong Performer. With the release of BizFlow Version 10 in July 2005, HandySoft Global unveiled a matured BPM platform delivering best-in-class process modeling, process analysis, human-to-human process automation, system-to-system and Web services orchestration, and real-time monitoring. Future versions of BizFlow will continue to expand upon: o Utility tools for back-up and archive restoration -- To meet today's compliance demands, BizFlow's utility tools enable customers to have the confidence that they can off-load process information and restore it five years down the road should they need to. o One-step upgrades -- Simplifies the upgrade process for those customers needing to "jump" releases. o Best Practices and Artifact Knowledge Base -- Since launching its knowledge base in mid-2005, customers have downloaded over 600 best practice documents from HandySoft Global's knowledge portal. -- In 2006, the Knowledge Base will be expanded to include more best-practice documents on subjects ranging from when to integrate an external rules engine to optimizing clustered environments. -- This knowledge portal will also include process and form examples and other artifacts that customers can access to continue to extend the value of their investment in BizFlow.
