GUELPH, Ontario - Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (HPS), the largest manufacturer of dry-type transformers in North America, announced today that they have recently listed several products in the ProposalWorks(TM) Software from Rockwell Automation®.
In an industry where demands must be resolved quickly and effectively, HPS strives to provide customers with product information that is easily accessible. To help customers efficiently meet these needs, HPS has joined the Rockwell Automation® PartnerNetwork(TM) Program as an Encompass(TM) Product Partner, and has recently added seven Encompass Reference products to the ProposalWorksTM configuration software. "Through the ProposalWorks(TM) configuration software, customers are able to quickly specify the HPS products that solve their application challenges", stated Michael Frayne, Director of Marketing for HPS. "We look forward to the opportunities ahead and this program will empower customers with current and detailed product information". Customers are able to build complete quotes, proposals, and determine the exact catalog number for the item required.
Seven of HPS's product families have been included in the ProposalWorks(TM) software. These products include Line Reactors, Super Efficient Harmonic Mitigating Transformers, Energy Efficient Harmonic Mitigating Transformers, Super Efficient K-Factor Transformers, Energy Efficient K-Factor Transformers, Energy Efficient Drive Isolation Transformers, and Industrial Encapsulated Transformers.
