HOERBIGER Closes Flowrepairs Acquisition In Ecuador


POMPANO BEACH, FL, March 30, 2007 - HOERBIGER Compression Technology America Holding, Inc. (HOERBIGER AMH) today announced the acquisition of Flowrepairs S.A. in Quito, Ecuador for an undisclosed amount.

The company will now operate under the name HOERBIGER de Ecuador S.A. and will be managed by Mr. Juan Carlos Alvarez, Branch Manager.

Mr. Franz Gruber, Regional Manager and CEO of HOERBIGER AMH said: "Today's closing of Flowrepairs S.A. represents an important milestone for HOERBIGER. With the addition of Flowrepairs S.A., HOERBIGER now offers compressor service to all important energy and industrial centers in Latin American.
