Guest-Tek's Sigpro & TeleMatrix Announce the Launch of the TeleMatrix 1170 Touch Screen Telephone
CALGARY, Nov. 13 / / -- Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., ("Guest-Tek" or the "Company") (TSX:GTK), a leader in providing broadband technology solutions to the global hospitality industry, announced that TeleMatrix, Inc ("TeleMatrix"), a worldwide leading supplier of hospitality and business telephones, and Sigpro, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guest-Tek have signed an agreement (the "Agreement") to jointly develop and launch the 1170 touch screen telephone. The 1170 is a multi-service SIP display telephone that will provide hoteliers a new paradigm for the cost effective deployment of IP telephony. Under the terms of the Agreement, TeleMatrix will complete development of the 1170 phone, and will manufacture the 1170 and certain other Sigpro products under license from Sigpro. Guest-Tek and Sigpro will market the 1170 to the hospitality market while TeleMatrix will provide global distribution through its established network of dealers.

TeleMatrix has been working behind the scenes for some time blending in our existing SIP technology with our DECT developments. The 1170 Touch Screen Telephone is expected to be finished and on display at the HITEC 2008 Expo, and is scheduled for release in June 2008.
