The depth of information is extensive and quick to access and understand. This includes 2-D and 3-D CAD models, catalog downloads, design guidelines and forms, FAQÂ¹s, glossary, and find-by-dimension search function. Plus the website's secure e-commerce section allows customers to request quotes and place orders online from a password-protected area.

The site also features an interactive area for creating a customized design or modifying an existing product. The visitor can spec out the job online using a plain English questionnaire, upload a drawing, and in return receives a recommendation based on the job's specific needs. For additional support, direct access to Guden's in-house design experts is provided.
