Cleveland, Ohio (February 10, 2011) - Building on a long-standing tradition for customer satisfaction, Cleveland Vibrator Company has enhanced their level of service to rotary electric customers with the announcement of a Guaranteed In-Stock Partner program that offers ready-to-ship inventory levels for up to 50 different industrial vibrator products. The program is designed to bring added value and availability to existing customers as well as new customers.
"Our rotary electric motors or drives are used to aid the production critical material flow and discharge of bulk solid materials for bin, hopper, material screener, conveyor, packer table, jogger and other applications among numerous market segments, and when our rotary electric vibrator customers need new or replacement models, they need them as soon as possible," explained Glen P. Roberts, President of Cleveland Vibrator Company. "In anticipation of these needs, we now offer forty percent more inventory for our customers."
The 88-year-old company made a significant investment to expand their rotary electric product inventory and maintain stocking levels based on input from their customers. "Our Guaranteed In-Stock Partner program ensures annual inventory levels according to the needs of each customer in terms of volume, models and pricing, and the best program rates are established with a 50 unit minimum," explained Craig Macklin, Vice President of Strategic Development, Cleveland Vibrator Company. "For United States customers, products ship within 48 hours of order acknowledgement. The guarantee is backed with a five percent discount if the customer's products are not in stock at the time of their order."
Guaranteed In-Stock Partner program applies to all standard Cleveland Vibrator Company rotary electric products. Features of this electric vibrator product line include:
