Weiler Corporation, a leading manufacturer of power brushes and abrasives for cleaning, finishing and deburring applications, has available a Grinding and Finishing Solutions Guide. The Guide showcases Weiler's comprehensive product line, including a variety of flap discs for different applications, and provides a comprehensive source for Grinding and Finishing Solutions.

Weiler's abrasive flap disc offering provides cost-effective solutions for a variety of surface conditioning applications-from deburring to cleaning to weld blending and finishing. With Weiler's abrasive flap discs there is no need to switch from a Type 27 wheel to a resin fiber disc, grinding and finishing are done in one easy step. This results in fewer changeovers and increased productivity.

The original Weiler Tiger Disc is ideal for jobs requiring a high cut rate and long life; Weiler's Vortec Pro(TM) line of flap discs is designed for a high cut rate with a value price; and the Trimmable Tiger® Disc is equipped with a unique composite backing that can be trimmed for increased flexibility and long life.

Ceramic Saber Tooth flap discs feature premium ceramic cloth that provides cool, fast cutting action on aluminum, stainless steel, inconel, titanium and other hard-to-grind metals.

Additionally, Weiler's line includes application-specific abrasive flap discs such as the BigCat(TM) high density discs for increased conformability on curved and irregular surfaces, the Tiger Disc for Stainless Steel, and the BobCat(TM) Discs for use with air and electric right angle die grinders.

The Grinding and Finishing guide also includes Weiler's impressive line of Vortec Pro Type 27 and Type 27 High Density flap discs, providing high conformity and smooth grinding at a competitive price.

The brochure contains selections guides for abrasive flap disc type, backing type and grain type to meet each user's specific need. For customers that demand custom-effective solutions, Weiler offers innovative engineered solutions for its entire line of abrasives.
