Greg Braukus Appointed Director Of Global Customer Care


REDMOND, WASH. (February 10, 2009) - Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), a business segment of the Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX), is pleased to announce that Greg Braukus has been appointed Director of Global Customer Care. He will report to Joe George, Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Service.

Braukus will be responsible for establishing and globalizing a world class customer experience within Terex AWP.

Braukus' most recent role prior to Terex was Senior Director, ISS for the Microsoft Corporation where he led the Inside Sales, Tele Partner Account Management, Vendor Operations and Partner Connections businesses for the Small and Mid-market Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) Division in the United States subsidiary.

Before joining Microsoft, Braukus spent five years with Amazon.com where he held several leadership roles in Operations and Customer Service & Sales.
