Graver Technologies LLC has met the pre-registration requirements of the new European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH)

Graver Technologies LLC has met the pre-registration requirements of the new European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH). The new system replaces a number of European Directives and Regulations with a single system that is designed to track manufactured and imported chemical substances. REACH requires that any manufacturer or importer of one (1) metric ton or more per year of any chemical substance preregister with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). This preregistration needed to be completed by December 1, 2008. As of that date Graver has preregistered all applicable products including Powdex(TM), Gravex(TM), Ecosorb(TM), Ecodex(TM), Ecocote(TM), and Premix.

Graver Technologies LLC has opted to retain the services of a European firm to act as our "Only Representative" under REACH to fulfill the requirements of preregistration. Along with our "Only Representative" Graver has reviewed all products supplied in the EU that fall under the scope of REACH and have pre-registered them to meet with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) requirements. This will allow full registration per the schedule adopted by the ECHA. No Graver products have been identified as "substances of very high concern".
