Graphel Corporation Announces Merger With Carbon Products, Inc.
WEST CHESTER, OHIO: Graphel Corporation announces a merger with Carbon Products, Inc., of Ramsey, Minnesota and Germantown, Wisconsin.
Graphel Corporation, in existence since 1965, offers its customers a full range of graphite machining and EDM services, as well as design, concurrent, and reverse engineering projects as they pertain to the EDM industry, with a specialty in power generation. They also distribute EDM supplies from two locations in the greater Cincinnati area.
Carbon Products is a leading manufacturer and supplier of graphite blanks, as well as a distributor of EDM materials and supplies to the EDM industry. The company will operate as a division of Graphel
Corporation and James DeLalley, president, will remain with the company as Carbon Products Division president.
