Globe Products Announces Acquisition of New Stamping Machine
Ennis, Texas - Globe Products Co. is proud to announce it has acquired a new 12-station stamping machine, adding to its overall capacity and ensuring its customers will continue to get outstanding service at low prices.
Globe Products Co., a leader in manufacturing high quality ferrules and eyelets, as well as other deep draw stampings for 31 years, purchased the new stamping machine in late May and the new equipment will enable the company to diversify its deep draw capabilities, ensuring Globe's continued competitiveness and leadership in the industry.
"This machine gives us more capacity," said Kevin Lewis, Globe's general manager. "It can take some workload off our other machines, and allow us to run larger parts."
The new stamping machine also can make shapes and sizes that Globe previously hadn't been able to do, and Lewis believes it "could potentially open up additional business for us."
The machine will also be a benefit to Globe's current customers, as it will cut down on lead time, and it will save the company money by allowing it to get projects done quicker.
"It's another step forward for us," Lewis said.
