Germantown Tool & Machine Incorporates Two New Robotic Welding Systems to Increase its Robotic Welding Capabilities


Germantown Tool & Machine Inc. in Huntingdon Valley, Pa has acquired two Robotic Welding Systems to add to their already extensive MIG welding capabilities.

The Fanuc M-16iB20, 6-axis Robots with R-J3iC controls are equipped with Lincoln PowerWave 455M Power Sources. Capacities include 65" Reach and up to 8 ft linear weld path. These new additions bring the number of Robotic Welding Cells we currently have to seven operating at GT.

Some of the many benefits we can offer you with our Robotic Welders include precise 6-axis welding capability, weld splatter is minimized or often eliminated, 3 - 4 times faster than conventional welding, No "missed" welds, and excellent repeatability from part to part.
