HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KENTUCKY – General Cable (NYSE: BGC) is pleased to announce the appointment of ElectroTech Incorporated as an authorized agent to represent and market all General Cable products— including STABILOY®, Carol® Brand and Utility—in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

ElectroTech is an established and well recognized manufacturers’ representative headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with over 50 years servicing the community.  Most of its major lines have been with the company for more than 15 years, some over 35. Moreover, it is one of few agencies that have had 10 major partners retire with no disruption or loss of lines.
