GHSP Selects SEHO PowerWave N2

SEHO North America, Inc., a worldwide leading supplier of automated soldering systems and customer-specific solutions, announces that GHSP has purchased an inline SEHO PowerWave N2. The system is integrated into a complete manufacturing line from SEHO consisting of assembly conveyor, automated down lift, return conveyor and automated lifting station. The new production line is installed at the GHSP manufacturing facility located in Grand Haven, Michigan.
GHSP designs and manufactures mechatronic products for the global surface transportation industry. The company has ample experience in the integration of mechanical, electronic and decorative elements in products that combine sensing, controlling, computing, communicating and actuating dimensions.

We were searching for an energy-efficient and cost-effective wave solder machine that combines flexible processes with high production volumes. All of our key needs were perfectly met with the PowerWave N2."
The SEHO PowerWave N2 nitrogen wave soldering system is designed for medium- to large-sized production volumes and particularly focuses on optimizing production quality while minimizing manufacturing costs. The machine is equipped with a closed-tunnel system. The special design of the stainless steel tunnel guarantees low nitrogen and energy consumption, thus ensuring high profitability.
The spray fluxer, with HVLP technology, ensures a stable spray jet and a very precise spray pattern. This technology offers a reproducible process with remarkably reduced flux consumption. A flexible preheating area with 71" active length enables the system to be adapted to specific production requirements. As an added benefit, up-to-date and innovative wave formers ensure maximum flexibility in the soldering area and high-quality soldering results.
