Visitors to participate in demonstrations on new technologies and training on industry trends
Lincolnshire, Illinois, March 19, 2008 - In pursuit of helping its customers Achieve More, GF AgieCharmilles has established Centers for Manufacturing Achievement across the country that will offer training on the latest trends and developments in EDM machining, as well as chances to participate in product demonstrations.
On May 7, 2008, GF AgieCharmilles customers are cordially invited to attend an Open House of the new Lincolnshire, Illinois facility. The event, which will take place from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, will grant visitors an opportunity to take tours and gain invaluable insight into revolutionary new products like the CUT 20 Wire EDM, an affordable, ideal solution for standard cutting tools and general engineering; and the Mikron HPM 600 HD, a stable, robust three-axis machining center designed for High Performance Milling and unlimited High Performance Cutting. Additionally, the Open House will hold technical seminars dealing with cutting tools, CAD/CAM and workholding technology.
A social event is also planned for the evening of the 7th to enable GF AgieCharmilles to show appreciation for its customers.
