Multiple leaders in the metalforming industry, anchored by AIDA-America Corp., will assemble a live and functional stamping production line at Fabtech 2010, in the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta,Georgia, November 2 - 4, 2010, booth #1509. The stamping line will feature an AIDA NC1-1100(D), 110 ton capacity, gap frame servo press, equipped with AIDA's ServoPro technology. This advanced stamping press will demonstrate how AIDA ServoPro Servo Presses fit seamlessly into a "real-world" manufacturing environment and offer many production advantages. Also featured in the line, will be the Coe SpaceMaster Compact Coil Line Series 2, which combines the three functions of unwinding, straightening, and feeding of coil stock into one machine. Bachman Machine, whose engineers have contributed to expanding the technology in the metal stamping field, will provide tooling for the line. Additionally, Wintriss will supply a SmartPac 2 press automation control, featuring a large color screen, advanced communications, superior graphics, and the most user-friendly operator interface in the industry. Tecnomagnete will supply a magnetic quick die clamping system, and PAX Products will provide die lubrication and conveyors. Material for the line will be supplied by United Aluminum.
