Lechler has a complete line of full cone spray nozzles to handle capacities from a fraction of a gallon per minute up to hundreds or even thousands of gallons per minute. Full cone nozzles cover a complete circular area and are especially appropriate for spray applications requiring cleaning, cooling or desuperheating, coating, dust suppression, and surface spraying. Specific applications include cleaning in parts washers, gas cooling, spraying in chemical reactors, and cooling of extruded plastic piping. Among Lechler's full cone line are the following:
o 460 Series - Low to medium capacity for a wide variety of cleaning, cooling, and coating applications o 422 Series - Low capacity for applications such as cleaning, cooling, scrubbing, and chemical reactors o 403 and 405 Series - Medium and high capacity for cleaning, gas cooling, and desuperheating o 502 Series - Low capacity cluster nozzle of seven separate small droplet hollow cones forming a full cone pattern for gas cooling and chemical reactors o 459 Series - Medium to high capacity for quench cooling, fire suppression, and chemical processing o 455 Series - High capacity for surface spraying, quench cooling, and scrubbers o 525 Series - Wide angle low capacity for fire suppression and wide area spraying
Most Lechler full cones are available in 316 grade stainless steel and brass materials. Selected models also come in PVDF. Other materials are available upon request.
