PITTSBURGH, April 18 -- Four Rivers is pleased to announce the latest release of TMS WorkGroup 2008.3.3. We've added some powerful, time-saving productivity and usability enhancements as requested by our customers. Our latest release of TMS WorkGroup 2008.3.3 contains all of the benefits of previous versions plus many new features.
Here are just a few of the features that will benefit our customers:
o Results Viewer (Quick Reports) on the History Tab -- use a Quick Report to sort and preview Asset Work Order History on the Asset Edit screen.
o Prompt to Save Changes -- TMS will now prompt you to save changes when you change to a new screen without clicking "Save."
o MS Vista Support -- TMS WorkGroup is now certified to work on Microsoft® Vista Business and Ultimate Editions.
o Reduce Email Report Sending Time -- the send time is now only one minute.
o Work Order Description Dropdowns -- use this new dropdown on the Work Order Edit screen to speed up adding a new resource assignment.
o Sub Tasks -- associate a list of activities or sub tasks with any task.
o TMS Mobile -- Scan and Go -- use your handheld device to scan a tag on the asset and be prompted to complete the associated work order.
