PITTSBURGH, Oct. 24 // -- Four Rivers Software Systems, Inc., the provider of TMS®, the leading maintenance management software (EAM/CMMS) system for the healthcare industry, announces the availability of the first ever electronic enhancement request application for customers, "FRSoft Listens."
FRSoft Listens provides all TMS users with a Web-based voice, providing the ability to enter application enhancement ideas, as well as view and vote on those of other users. All submittals are available for every user to see while the home page provides a quick reference dashboard presenting the 10 Most Popular Requests and totals for submitted requests, and the number accepted or planned. Each individual user is eligible to enter or vote for 30 requests. Every new enhancement submission entered is one credit as is a vote for any of their fellow users' suggestions.

FRSoft Listens adds another powerful tool to the third generation Four Rivers Customer Care Center (CCC). The CCC, introduced in 2002, has been an ever expanding means for TMS users to gain 24 x 7 access to over 150 click-by- click recorded training presentations, eTech alerts, support assistance, product information and downloads, documentation, and a searchable knowledgebase.
