Daimer® has increased the performance of its KleenJet® 1050 line of economically-priced vacuum steam systems in configurations ranging from antimicrobial models to gum removal machines.
WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an international leader in 50 Hz janitorial systems, plans to increase the power levels for four of the its commercial-grade, economical KleenJet® Mega 1050 steam vacuum cleaners. The machines are based on the company's 1050 CV, a unit that comes bundled with a steam extraction system. The new machines will offer nearly 11 percent higher temperatures and nearly 20 percent more in pressure level than the existing models.
"Our KleenJet® Mega 1050 steam vacuum cleaners are very popular because they offer a balance of price and system power for handling a range of jobs requiring a range of capabilities," exhorted Daimer.com's janitorial engineering spokesman and manager Matthew Baratta. "The new upgrades will affect the four configurations in the 1050CV line: the 1050CV base model, as well as the enhanced 1050CVP, 1050CVG and 1050CVGP."
Four 50 Hz Steam Vacuum Cleaners Add Power
The impacted machines all start with a KleenJet® Mega 1050CV base unit, which provides an institutionally-rated steam extraction system. The extraction/vacuum includes a 3 micron HEPA filter for trapping allergy-causing substances and a liquid water filter unit that traps odors.
The economical line of steam vacuum cleaners is anticipated to ship with rated (steam) temperatures capable of nearly 180ºC (vs. 160ºC for the existing models) and rated (steam) pressure levels capable of nearly 7.2 bar (vs. 6.1 bar for the existing steam vacuum cleaners.)
In addition to the Daimer®'s 1050CV base model, the other steam vacuum cleaners affected will include the following units - KleenJet® Mega 1050CVP: a system with Daimer®'s new ATIS® sanitization/antimicrobial, technology. - KleenJet® Mega 1050CVG: machines that bundle Daimer®'s Gum Exterminator subunit complete with a gum dissolver chemical treatment. - KleenJet® Mega 1050CVGP: equipment that bundles all the capabilities available in Daimer®'s 1050 line of steam vacuum cleaners into a single machine with both sanitization as well as gum removal.
