Stock Equipment Company, part of the Schenck Process Group, has completed the sale of eight low pressure gravimetric feed systems to Foster Wheeler North America Corporation. The feed systems will be installed at Isolux Ingenieria S.A. in Santa Cruz, Argentina to feed two 120 MW CFB boilers with sub-bituminous coal. Shipment of the equipment is estimated to take place within the next year.
With over 9000 installations worldwide, Stock's gravimetric feed systems are the standard for accurate and reliable coal weighing and feeding. This latest deal promotes Stock's effort to continue growth of their presence in power plants across South America.
