Yarmouth, ME - Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc. of Yarmouth, Maine, USA, today announced the launch of Fluid Imaging Financial Services to provide flexible financing options to its North American customers for acquiring the tech firm's dynamic imaging particle analyzer, the FlowCAM®, an instrument that is used in a variety of aquatic and industrial applications worldwide.
Fluid Imaging Financial Services offers "Lease-to-Own" programs with fixed monthly payments up to five years, and also short and long-term rental programs with ongoing purchase options that apply 70% of prior payments to acquisition at any time, and with flexible, end-of-rental options.
In this current economic environment, many companies are finding it difficult to finance capital equipment like the FlowCAM, but according to Kent Peterson, CEO of Fluid Imaging Technologies, the firm's new financing options allow those customers more options for funding the acquisition of the imaging particle analyzer, and therefore to sooner realize the time and cost savings the instrument provides.
The FlowCAM, which combines rapid digital imaging with microscopy, eliminates hours of labor that is typical of manual microscopy. FlowCAM takes hundreds of high-resolution, digital images of individual particles, cells and microorganisms within seconds, automatically measures and analyzes each particle on up to 32 different parameters, and then uses sophisticated pattern recognition software to build libraries and store the data for future use.
Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc. manufactures FlowCAM desktop and portable instrumentation for rapid characterization, imaging and monitoring of particles and cells in fluids.
