BROOKVILLE, OHIO - Flow Dry Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of gaskets and desiccant bags, recently announced the promotion of Jonathan Besserman to Quality Assurance Manager.
As Quality Assurance Manager, Besserman will work closely with Engineering, Production and Customer Service to resolve any customer driven or internal quality related issues in a timely manner. He will be responsible for keeping track of the customer's requirements from the AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) stage through the PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) stage. Besserman will also be responsible for keeping the TS/ISO16949:2002 quality certification up to date and making improvements in the company's quality system.

Besserman joined Flow Dry Technology, Inc. in 2002 as a Process Engineer and in 2004 assumed the position of Product Launch Manager. Besserman excels at displaying initiative to recognize where improvements in products and process can be achieved in order to help the company succeed. Flow Dry Worldwide LLC - headquartered in the Dayton, Ohio area - packages desiccant, silica-gel and molecular sieve materials for a variety of end use applications for customers worldwide. Package designs are available in both standard and custom configurations in order to meet a variety of operational requirements.
