FleetPride Acquires Fleet Supply Warehouse
THE WOODLANDS, Texas, March 2, 2011 - FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced today that it acquired Fleet Supply Warehouse (FSW) in Houston, Texas. Fleet Supply Warehouse is owned by XL Parts, a Houston-based direct-to-the-installer automotive parts supplier. This purchase includes only XL Parts' heavy duty parts operation, DBA as Fleet Supply Warehouse. XL Parts will retain its automotive locations. The FSW operation is currently being merged into FleetPride's Houston branch located at 9133 Wallisville Road.
