ORLANDO, Florida, August 20/ Finjan Inc., a leader in secure web gateway products, today announced its 100% commitment to partners as the exclusive channel for delivering Finjan's best-of-breed web security solutions to enterprises requiring protection against today's crimeware and other web-borne threats. Finjan's Vital Security(TM) Partner Program provides resellers of security solutions with a comprehensive array of sales, marketing, support, business development and other benefits for growing recurring revenue streams that capitalize on the critical need for real-time web security and related security services.

Finjan will unveil its Vital Security Partner Program, which builds on the company's strong record of success with both boutique and large channels, to global and regional security solution resellers at the CMP XChange '07 Conference, August 19-22, at the Walt Disney Dolphin Hotel in Orlando. Finjan's exhibit is located in Booth #230 in the Solutions Pavilion at XChange '07.

The Finjan Vital Security Partner Program offers three partnering levels - Premium, Optimized, and Authorized. Within each level, partners receive different program resources and a comprehensive benefit package to help build their business.

All partners, including the most basic tier, Authorized, commit to maintaining up-to-date information on Finjan -- including a company profile - on their website. Additionally, the next tier up, Optimized partners will actively promote Finjan solutions in one or more of Finjan's core regions based on regular marketing plans to meet sales objectives and targets, via different marketing and media channels -- events, seminars, online campaigns, mailings, media announcements, press releases, etc. Top-level Premium partners - those with high revenue potential and wider geographic coverage - will have dedicated resources available to enable the closest alignment and support possible to grow their business. Premium partners demonstrate a solid commitment to Finjan through a focus on achieving and exceeding product competency requirements and investment in market development and revenue growth.
