Federal Jury Verdict - The Current Sensocon® Series S2000 Differential Pressure Gauge Does Not Infringe on Dwyer Instruments, Inc. Trademarks

Sensocon, Inc, a leader in digital differential pressure, air velocity, and flow measuring products, today announced that a final verdict was entered in a trademark infringement case brought by Dwyer Instruments, Inc. against Sensocon in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. The jury rendered a verdict that the current version of the popular Sensocon® Series S2000 Differential Pressure Gauge does not infringe on any trademark rights of the Dwyer® Magnehelic® Differential Pressure Gauge. As a result, Sensocon will continue to offer the market a competitive option for differential pressure gauges.
