The video highlights Fabrico's Zund M-1600 flatbed prototyping machine, known for its accurate and reliable output. With this machine, Fabrico has doubled its prototyping services, which include cutting, plotting, creasing, milling, engraving, and color printing.
The Zund has a 51" x 63" working area for large applications, and can be controlled with a variety of application-specific software programs, including AutoCAD (for general engineering applications), CIMEX, Impact, EngView, Artios-BARCO, Ashlar, and Arden software for packaging design and prototyping.
This prototyping system can accommodate material thickness is up to 30 mm (1.18 in.), which allows cutting of various gasket materials such as rubber, Teflon, graphite, and sandwich materials.
