FLSMIDTH RAHCO INC. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the material handling business of RAHCO International, Inc., and Innoveq International, Inc. With this acquisition FLSmidth RAHCO joins the FLSmidth Minerals Group (formerly FFE Minerals). The group partners now have the capability of providing a full range of equipment and services to mining, aggregate and bulk solids industries. Other members of the FLSmidth Minerals Group offering materials handling solutions include MVT Materials Handling GmbH, KOCH Transporttechnik GmbH, ABON Engineering Pty Ltd, FFE Minerals-Buffalo (Pty) Ltd. and others. The FLSmidth Minerals Group is part of FLSmidth & Co A/S, a multinational corporation headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with over 125 years history (www.flsmidth.com).

FLSmidth RAHCO designs, manufactures and services bulk handling systems including mobile conveyors, radial stackers, portable conveyors, fixed/overland conveyors and at-the-face mining conveyors. The equipment system solutions supplied by RAHCO represent viable and economic alternatives to traditional mining methods. System capacities range from 200 - 10,000 tonnes per hour.
FLSmidth RAHCO brings the ability to offer large scale, energy efficient mobile crushing and conveying equipment to the FLSmidth Minerals Group, making the group a global leader in fully integrated bulk material handling systems.
