FLEXmount® transfer tapes from FLEXcon are now available in 48-, 54- and 60- inch widths to alleviate off-cut charges and provide faster service.
Widths are easily paired with those of intended substrates and FLEXcon offers all FLEXmount® adhesives with a choice of a 60-lb. or 84-lb. liner to aid in the conversion process.
Some of the featured pressure-sensitive adhesives include FLEXmount® V-778, V-606, V-326 and V-344 permanent acrylic adhesives.
V-778 is a highly aggressive adhesive ideal for low-surface energy plastics, like thermoplastic olefins (TPOs). It also works well on powder coated paint and other painted surfaces. V-606 is designed for high performance applications requiring adhesion a wide variety of surfaces. It offers chemical resistance and is ideal for rough-textured surfaces. V-326 is designed to bond to a variety of substrates in high performance assembly applications in various industries. This product has a high level of resistance to ooze, improving converting performance by allowing for increased line speed and waste reduction in the diecutting process. V-344 is designed for general purpose applications and offers good chemical resistance. It provides adhesion to a variety of surfaces.
