Press release date: April 26, 2006

FAIRFAX, Va.--April 26, 2006--ExxonMobil today announced that it has expanded its popular Teresstic(TM) family of turbine oils with the introduction of Teresstic M 32 HT, a high performance lubricant designed to meet the stringent performance requirements of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) gas and steam turbines, which are used in many light- and heavy-duty industrial applications.

Featuring a balanced formula of premium basestocks, additives and anti-foam agents, Teresstic M 32 HT delivers long lasting rust and corrosion protection as well as exceptional resistance to oxidation, helping to reduce the formation of sludge.

In addition, Teresstic M 32 HT provides excellent protection against foam and air entrainment.

"The new Teresstic M 32 HT oils are particularly resistant to sludge formation resulting from prolonged high temperature exposure and perform very well in turbine circulating systems - even those with short oil residence times," said Michael Zinngrabe, industrial marketing advisor, ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties. "This combination of benefits makes Teresstic M Series the ideal choice for MHI turbine users, helping provide better overall protection and performance."

Teresstic M 32 HT was tested by the MHI Tribology Center to provide a reliable lubricant solution for MHI's newly released stringent performance requirements. The new lubricant meets the requirements of MHI MS04-MA-CL001 and MS04-MA-CL002 turbines.

Teresstic M 32 HT also meets the performance requirements for General Electric steam and light duty gas turbines (GEK 32568F, GEK 28143A, GEK 46506D and GEK 27070).
