Dynamic Conveyor will be unveiling new products and enhancements to the plastics industry at NPE '09 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, June 22 - 26, 2009. Offering sustainable and eco-friendly conveying solutions, the DynaCon Modular Conveyor line is expanding its offerings to the plastics industry.
Dynamic Conveyor staff will be available at Booth #S-4043 to answer questions about new products and enhancements along with how DynaCon conveyor systems can offer a lower cost of ownership to businesses in the plastics industry.
Two DynaCon Box Filling Systems will be introduced at NPE - Over/Under and Inline. Both styles of box filling allow user defined fill rates to insure accuracy up to 0.3 ounces, providing hours of unattended precise container filling. Offering a smooth transfer of boxes from 0 - 200 lbs., the systems are automated and allow for unattended operation of filling boxes by cycle count, weight or weigh count. The Box Filling Systems offers simple control set-up, quick disconnects between conveyors, and an easy to read visual indicator on a large graphical LCD display. Weights are displayed in kilograms/grams or pounds/ounces and the database allows for storage of multiple jobs. DynaCon Box Filling Systems offer repeatability to within .02 of 1 lb. or 9 grams. Box filling systems are custom sized to application capacity and include trickle feed for the most accurate weigh filling of boxes. Utilizing minimal energy resources, the Box Filling Systems operate on 110V. Over/Under and Inline DynaCon Box Filling Systems are available in widths of 18", 24" and 36".
The DynaCon Tumbler Separator offers increased accuracy with parts and runner separation. In addition to separating parts / runner combinations not possible with standard tumbler or drum separators, the DynaCon Tumbler Separator offers increased separation accuracy. The rotating cage features a cost-effective interchangeable sleeve, with custom holes, to allow for parts / runner separation. The sleeve can be exchanged for another sleeve, with different sized holes, to meet changing separation needs. The interchangeable sleeves can be easily switched in and out in less than 60 seconds. With the electric linear actuator option, the DynaCon separator offers increased accuracy of parts and runner separation. The DynaCon tumbler separator is available in cage lengths of 2', 4' and 6' with an adjustable part introduction height from 1-1/2' to 4' tall. The parts separator offers a simple design with no complicated gear mechanisms to jam or break. The tumbler separator is powered by an energy efficient 1/30 HP variable speed brushless motor which is also maintenance free.
The new 4" Profile Conveyor Module, which is designed to meet tight space restrictions, will be featured at NPE. Standard DynaCon Modular Conveyors are built using modules with an 8" frame height. Modules are now available with a 4" frame height for those areas with space height limitations. Ideal for removing parts from under presses, taking scrap into grinders or moving parts into clean rooms. The new DynaCon 4" Profile Modules will work well with new or existing DynaCon Conveyors.
