LEESBURG, VA, USA, Sept. 30, 2008 - Eurotherm, a leading manufacturer of industrial instrumentation for process control and data acquisition, announced today that Christopher King has joined as Territory Sales Manager for the Northeastern Region.
In his role as Territory Sales Manager, Chris will be responsible for working with third party sales channels to maximize sales opportunities throughout the Northeast territory, establishing and promoting new business plans and annual goals. He will continually track ongoing projects while monitoring industry needs and identifying new market opportunities. He will also take on a leadership role with major customer agreements and collaborate with Eurotherm Business Development and Vertical Industry Sales Teams to support the development of new strategic accounts.
Chris brings more than 11 years of company experience to the position. He returns to the United States from the United Kingdom where he has spent the past 3 years as Global Product Manager for Eurotherm's Recorder and Data Management product line, having also held the position in the U.S. prior. Additionally, he has held positions in Sales Management, Technical Support and as Manager of Customer Service.
