LEESBURG, VA, USA, March 30: Eurotherm, a leading manufacturer of industrial instrumentation for process control and data acquisition, welcomes Ben D'Acounto to its Global Life Sciences team as Business Development Manager for the North American market.

Ben's most recent positions were with Dresser Instruments and included various increasing levels of product, channel, sales and brand management responsibilities as well as positions as Product Market Manager for Ashcroft Transmitters and Sales & Marketing/Business Development Manager for their Ebro brand of data loggers. Most of his recent success has been in the area of process control and more specifically the Life Science market and application solutions. Ben has a BSEE degree from the University of New Haven and earned an MBA degree from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Ben will be part of the successful Global Eurotherm Life Sciences team. His priority objective is to develop the OEM's and end user biotech market.

Ben is a native Connecticut resident, married with three children living in the small town of Orange, centrally located between New York City and Boston. His outside interests include boating, fishing and water skiing. Ben may be reached at ben.dacounto@eurotherm.com ,
