SPE Will Co-Locate First Eurotec(TM) Conference with Spain's Equiplast Show, Changing Date of Event by One Month
EUROTEC 2011 Is Now Scheduled for November 14-15, 2011 in Barcelona
NEWTOWN, CT, U.S.A.: The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) has reached an agreement with trade show organizer Fira de Barcelona to co-locate the first SPE EUROTEC(TM) plastics technical conference with next year's Equiplast exposition in Barcelona, it was announced today by SPE.
Originally scheduled for October 2011, EUROTEC will now take place on November 14-15, 2011, the first two days of the five-day Equiplast show, at Barcelona's Gran Via Exhibition Center.
EUROTEC will be a broad-based, high-quality technical conference like SPE's renowned ANTEC® annual conference held in North America. There will be several hundred original, peer-reviewed presentations on new developments in these fields of plastics technology: Automotive & Transportation; Engineering Properties and Structure; Extrusion for Flexible & Rigid Packaging; Failure Analysis and Prevention; Product and Engineering Design; Medical Devices; Mold Design & Rapid Tooling; Bioplastics; and Colors and Additives.
