Chandler, Arizona, USA - The 2011 European MESA International Conference takes place on the 9th and 10th of November, 2011 at the Jaarbeurs Conference Centre, Utrecht, The Netherlands.

This year's conference keynote speaker will be Professor Dr. André Wierdsma, who explores the psychology of the interplay between strategies, leadership activities and the effectiveness of change. The best led MES programs deliver a step-change in performance. However, few companies understand how to use the psychology of change effectively in order to secure successful outcomes. André Wierdsma is professor of Management and Organization at Nyenrode Business University in The Netherlands and at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) in Shanghai, China. His research and publications focus on leadership, management of change, and the learning organization & self-organization.
The conference will be accompanied by a large exhibition space where MES vendors and service providers will share and present information about their offerings.
