Eton Systems Names Bringle to Key North American Post
Positions for Growth in Existing Markets, Expansion into New Segments
ALPHARETTA, GA - February 27, 2007 - Eton Systems, the world's leading provider of unit production systems (UPS) for the apparel and other light-manufacturing industries, announces the appointment of Mr. Per Bringle to the position of North American Area Manager. A thirteen year veteran at Eton's World Headquarters, Bringle will assume responsibility for North American operations, including planning, marketing, business development, sales, and customer service activities across the region. The move supports the company's strategic goals to grow existing markets while expanding into new manufacturing market segments.
"Our goal is to continue our track record of growth in core North America markets such as apparel, military gear, and home fashions," stated Bringle. "We are also launching initiatives in other segments such as bedding, upholstered furniture, and industrial textiles applications where we have identified significant opportunities for manufacturing improvements through the use of our technology."
Mr. Bringle joined Eton Systems AB in Ganghester, Sweden in 1994. As a Project Manager, he managed worldwide customer projects. In addition to managing the integration of the Eton system into these manufacturing environments, Bringle also oversaw custom software and hardware development projects and provided pre- and post sales support for Eton customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Per and his family are relocating to the Atlanta area where he will be based at Eton's USA headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.
