Erie, Pa. - Eriez®, world authority in advanced technology for magnetic, vibratory and inspection applications, announces the appointment of Grainne M. Blanchette, Esq., to Compliance Director. In this newly created position, Blanchette will direct programs, policies and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with financial policy and reporting regulations. Blanchette will also review all employee contracts, track laws and regulations that might affect Eriez' policies and implement necessary changes both domestically and internationally.

During her career, Blanchette has amassed significant experience in human resources, corporate ethics, employee relations and compliance, human rights and employment law and business administration. Most recently, she served as Senior Director-HR Legal Compliance at Flextronics International, LTD. in San Jose, California, a worldwide electronics manufacturing services provider with more than 120,000 employees in 30 countries. In this position, she supported the company's HR legal compliance and employee relations needs.
Blanchette earned a Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law. She also holds a bachelor's degree from Assumption College.
