Eriez® Acquires Centriforce Limited, a Leading Provider of Coolant Filtration Systems to the European Metalworking Industry
Erie, PA – Eriez® announces the acquisition of UK-based Centriforce Limited, a recognized leading provider of advanced coolant filtration systems to the European metalworking industry. The Centriforce product portfolio will be integrated into Eriez’ HydroFlow® line of fluid recycling and filtration equipment.
“The acquisition of Centriforce supports Eriez’ goal of designing, developing and marketing the most technologically advanced fluid filtration and fluid management systems to the worldwide market,” says Charlie Ingram, Eriez Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This is one more step toward further extending the capabilities of Eriez’ separation and filtration equipment, already in use in more than 80 international markets across five continents.”
The complete lines of Centriforce and HydroFlow equipment will be offered to customers under the Eriez HydroFlow banner. “We have worked closely with Centriforce and HydroFlow staff to maintain business operations as usual,” explains John Curwen, Managing Director of Eriez-Europe. “Keith Crump, the principle of Centriforce, will continue working with Eriez going forward to ensure this transition runs smoothly for our customers and partners.”
