Helwig Carbon Products, Inc. is carrying a full line of standard replacement filters for all makes of DC motors including: US/Emerson, Baldor/Powertron, General Electric, and Reliance. Sizes 3 through 11 are available completely assembled and ready to mount. These filters are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Special filter sizes and mounting configurations can be made to customer specifications upon request.
Filters are made using environmentally safe epoxy coated screen which will not flake into the motor like many OEM's galvanized screen. Wire mesh is removable and can be washed for reuse.
Complete filter assemblies with flange mount are available. Or save money by keeping the original assembly and replacing just the filter mesh.

This low cost, efficient investment will save you hundreds of dollars in filter replacements. Environmentally friendly and designed to fit most standard filters sizes, the wraps have a pressure sensitive dry tackifier on the air-leaving side used as a particle-stopping agent.
